Written in front:

Height: 158cm

Target weight: 60kg

My Weight Loss Story:

When I graduated from university, I weighed 100 pounds. After working for two years, I quickly gained weight, reaching 120 pounds due to stress, overeating, and staying up late. The weight continued to climb to 130, and then 140 pounds. Despite eating less than normal, I couldn't lose weight.

Determined to lose weight, I lost 10 pounds after getting a gym membership and hiring a personal trainer for two or three months. Controlling my diet was painful and sometimes led to breakdowns.

Physical Feeling After the First Injection:

Appetite: Reduced, not hungry
Digestion: Diarrhea after eating too much or too little
I am planning to take a second injection soon, aiming to lose another 10 pounds. Let's see how it goes!

Record of the Second Month:

Timeframe: February 20th to March 20th (one month after the last update)
Weight: 68kg to 67.5kg (minor fluctuations)
Feedback: Friends noticed visible weight loss, though the changes felt minimal to me, possibly due to clothing.
Medication:

Dosage: 0.5mg per injection (as advised by medical professionals)
Frequency: Sometimes delayed by 1-3 days
Exercise and Mood:

Exercise: In a bottleneck period, not much progress due to work and lack of energy
Mood: Feeling low, easily tired, occasional cravings for sweets and fried foods
Health: Experienced pain in the upper left abdomen once or twice, concerned about pancreatitis
After the Second Injection:

Duration: From January 12th to March 27th (74 days in total)
Initial weight: 72kg
Current weight: 67.2kg
Total weight loss: 4.8kg
First injection result: Lost 4kg in 40 days
Second injection result: Lost 0.8kg in 34 days
Reflection and Future Plans:

The weight loss effect has slowed down, maintaining my current state, but less weight loss than expected. Overall, I am satisfied but cautious. I plan to wait for 2-4 weeks to monitor for any weight rebound and decide on continuing the medication.

Using Lantus SoloStar Pen for Weight Management:

In addition to my weight loss efforts, I also use the Lantus SoloStar Pen to manage my insulin levels, which is essential for someone with insulin resistance and polycystic ovary syndrome. Why the Lantus SoloStar Pen is effective:

Consistency: Provides a steady dose of insulin, helping to manage blood sugar levels effectively.
Ease of Use: The pen is user-friendly and convenient for daily use.
Accurate Dosing: Ensures precise insulin administration, crucial for maintaining overall health and supporting weight loss efforts.

My weight loss journey has been a mix of challenges and successes. By combining diet control, exercise, and the use of medications like the Lantus SoloStar Pen, I aim to achieve my target weight and manage my health conditions effectively. Stay tuned for more updates on my progress!

Revolutionizing Therapy: Panacea's Next Leap - Unveiling the Future of Injection Pens

Do you still have a sense of boundaries? I’m talking about semaglutide. On October 10, Novo Nordisk announced that the Phase III clinical trial of semaglutide in the treatment of kidney damage patients with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease was terminated early due to excellent efficacy. GLP-1 drugs are becoming a panacea, from reducing blood sugar and weight to chronic kidney disease, NASH, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, obstructive sleep apnea, intermittent claudication, dyslipidemia, and even improving psoriasis disease symptoms. The GLP-1 industry chain has finally become fragrant and long, from downstream drugs (Innovent Biologics, Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, Huadong Medicine, Changshan Pharmaceuticals,

Why can't insulin pen needles be reused?

INSULIN PEN NEEDLE REUSE: RISKS, SAFETY GUIDELINES & PROPER USAGE | DIABETES INJECTION TIPS Why can't insulin pen needles be reused?  Insulin pen needles are not recommended for reuse as repeated use can lead to needle tip dulling, increasing pain during injection, compromising dose accuracy, potentially causing subcutaneous fat hypertrophy, and affecting insulin absorption. Blunted Needle Tips: With repeated use, needle tips can lose their sharpness, resulting in increased discomfort during injection and potentially damaging skin or subcutaneous tissue. Reduced Dosing Accuracy: Wear and tear or blockages in the needle can interfere with the precise delivery of insulin, affecting blood glucose control, particularly crucial for diabetics who rely on accurate dosing. Subcutaneous Fat Proliferation: Frequent injections at the same site can stimulate tissue, leading to the formation of fatty lumps (lipohypertrophy), which not only cause more pain during injection but also impair
